This incident has been resolved.

All issues have been resolved and the system is operating normally. Our team is still investigating the root cause with our Web Application Firewall vendor, we suspect that a rogue update or security patch was pushed to our systems that caused the problems. We'll continue to work with them over the coming days.

The issue affecting site access has been identified and resolved. It was related to security policies within our Web Application Firewall incorrectly blocking legitimate traffic. Service has been restored and we are continuing to investigate the root cause to prevent recurrence. We continue to track issues accessing Enhanced Reports, which we are continuing to investigate.

All, Access to Springboard platforms has been stable since 12pm AEST. We are continuing discussions with our hosted service provider to ensure stability remains, and they are still investigating root causes. Springboard continues to experience stability issues due to upstream issues from our hosted data services provider. They are continuing to investigate the problem.

Works have been completed by our hosted service provider, and we have been advised that services should now be restored and remain stable. We are reducing the severity of this incident to 'Degraded Performance' as we continue to monitor for any further impacts and await further updates from our service provider.

Springboard is currently experiencing intermittent access issues from public networks. Our hosted provider advises us that they have identified the issue within their internet gateway and are working to restore it. We will provide an update within the next 30 minutes.

This issue has been resolved following a patch to the production site.

We have identified the issue and will perform a patch to resolve it. This patch may result in some brief interruptions to service for all customers for approximately 5 mins. We will perform this update in the next 30 mins.
